The health benefits of positive thinking


Is your glass half empty or half full?   1. Wow, I love this illustration! That is a great way to demonstrate positive thinking and the effect it has on a workout. And I agree with you that working out with a personal trainer in new york (or anywhere for that matter) does have a positive effect on positive thinking!

    There is no doubt that living in NYC puts a lot of stress on your body and also on your mind.
