Another great post! I love these short lists that give you inspiration and direction. Easy to read, understand and keep to heart. I work out with a New York personal trainer also, and I think they tend to focus on these key elements. They keep you motivated for weight loss, building lean muscle mass, whatever your goals are. Definitely, if you live in NYC, you need a personal trainer. New York is just too fast paced and busy to try to achieve goals on your own. It is possible, but a personal trainer gets the job done faster.
